Notice of Election Cancellation
WHEREAS, the voters of Judith Basin County have determined that the offices of the county shall be non-partisan, and fewer than three candidates have filed for the position of Commissioner for District #3.
THEREFORE, the Commissioner District #3 Primary Election is hereby cancelled. THERE WILL STILL BE A GENERAL ELECTION AT THE POLLS.
BE IT RESOLVED, that candidates Cody McDonald and James Stevenson shall appear on the Federal General Election ballot.

WHEREAS, the voters of Judith Basin County have determined that the offices of the county shall be non-partisan, and fewer than three candidates have filed for the position of Clerk of District Court/Superintendent of Schools.
THEREFORE, the Clerk of District Court/Superintendent of Schools Primary Election is hereby cancelled. THERE WILL STILL BE A GENERAL ELECTION AT THE POLLS.
BE IT RESOLVED, that candidates Melanie Schott and Jessica Goodhart shall appear on the Federal General Election ballot.

WHEREAS, the number of candidates for the positions for Republican and Democrat Precinct Committee Men and Women is equal or less than the number of positions to be elected.
THEREFORE, the Precinct Committee Men and Women Elections are hereby cancelled.
BE IT RESOLVED, that Precinct #4 Republican Committee Woman candidate Veronica Meyer is hereby duly elected by acclamation for a four-year term.

WHEREAS, the number of candidates for the positions on the Soil Conservation District Board of Supervisors is equal to the number of positions to be elected.
THEREFORE, the Soil Conservation District Supervisor Election is hereby cancelled.
BE IT RESOLVED, that Supervisor candidates Pamela Myllymaki, Jane Holzer, and Greg Grove are hereby duly elected by acclamation for a four-year term to the Board of Soil Conservation District Supervisors.
