NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
There will be a public meeting with the county commissioners and MACo Associate General Counsel & Road Expert Karen Alle on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. to discuss county-wide road easements.
ELECTIONS
Notice is hereby given that regular registration for the Judith Basin County Primary election to be held on June 4, 2024 will close at 5:00 p.m. on May 6, 2024. Persons who wish to register or need to update registration information may do so by submitting a form for registration by mail or by appearing at the county election office during regular registration. If you have moved, please update your registration information by submitting a voter registration form indicating the voter's current address.
After regular registration has closed, late registration is currently available at the county election office up until 8:00 p.m. on election day. Note: there is an active lawsuit regarding Montana's late registration deadline and the deadline may be subject to change.
The primary election will be a polling place election. Ballots will only be mailed to active absentee electors. If you would like to receive your ballot by mail, or would like to verify your absentee status, please contact the county election office.
